Your privacy on the Internet is important to InsightStudios, LLC (doing business as http://datalove.us “Datalove”). When you register directly with Datalove or one of our Network Partners to provide certain information about yourself in order to receive marketing messages from Datalove or our marketing partners, you become a Datalove Member. Below is an explanation regarding the type of information collected from Datalove Members and what is done with this information. By registering online through Datalove's Web sites or the Web sites of our Network Partners, you are agreeing to the terms of Datalove's Privacy Policy. You should also review our Network Partners' privacy policies for more information on their data collection and handling practices.

This Privacy Policy only applies to personally identifiable information that you provide when you register at the Datalove Web site or at the Web sites of any of our Network Partners ("Member-Provided Information"). "Personally identifiable information" means your name, residence address, email address or other information from which your identity may be ascertained.

If Datalove acquires information about you from other sources ("Other Information"), even if you provided substantially similar or identical information at the time you registered. Other Information is not governed by this Privacy Policy and this Privacy Policy does not restrict us with regard to use of such Other Information. Further, the Privacy Policy does not cover the conduct or practices of any other parties, including without limitation, any third-party source of information. Nor does this Privacy Policy restrict the disclosure, sharing or transfer of aggregate-level information. "Aggregate-level information" is any information that does not allow a Datalove Member's identity to be ascertained in a commercially likely manner. It is solely at a Datalove Member's discretion if he or she chooses to provide personally identifiable information to a marketer or other party by making a purchase, requesting additional information, or communicating directly with the company or organization after visiting its Web site or otherwise, and this Privacy Policy does not govern any such information provided.

How We Gather Information

We are in the business of intermediating between potential buyers who wish to receive highly valuable promotions and offers of goods and services and companies who offer those promotions, goods and services. We collect the information you voluntarily give us when you register for an offer or sign up on one of the websites or apps in our partner network.

We obtain information from our Network Partners and clients. We mandate that any company providing us with data certify that the data represents permissible data meaning you have provided consent to have your information shared with authorized partners. If we become aware that the data is not in compliance we will terminate our relationship with that partner immediately.

Member-Provided Information: As part of the Datalove Member registration process, a prospective member is asked to provide contact information and interest category selections. The prospective member, at his or her option, may voluntarily provide additional information, including personal, geographic and demographic information. Datalove uses these data to assemble broad demographic information about Datalove Members in general. The primary purpose of this data collection is to ensure that Datalove Members receive relevant, targeted offers and information from Datalove.

Web Traffic Information: Datalove also collects and monitors incoming and outgoing Web site traffic data to help diagnose problems with its servers and to administer its Web site.

"Contact Us" Information: Datalove uses "contact us" forms as a way for Datalove customers, potential customers and Datalove Members to communicate with Datalove. Datalove collects the information supplied by the sender of the "contact us" form in order to establish and maintain relationships with customers, potential customers and Datalove Members. Datalove also uses email links located on various pages of the Datalove Web site to allow you to contact Datalove with questions or comments you may have. Email communications and the ideas sent to Datalove in these email communications become the property of Datalove. Datalove uses the email communications to evaluate and improve its services and Web site. Datalove also may save these email communications as an archive to address Member questions and concerns, for auditing purposes and to ensure privacy compliance with third-party Internet Service Providers.

Use of Cookies and Clear GIFs

As an important and necessary part of providing customizable and personalized services to our Datalove Members, Datalove uses cookies and Clear GIFs to store and sometimes track information about you. A cookie or Clear GIF is a small amount of data that is sent to a Member's browser from a Web server and stored on your computer hard drive. Areas of Datalove's Web site where Datalove Members are prompted to log in or that are customizable require acceptance of cookies and Clear GIFs. Cookies and Clear GIFs are also used to help Datalove track the response to messages sent to Members on behalf of Customers so that Datalove can monitor and report campaign results to the Customer and track response history. With respect to cookies and Clear GIFs, you have a choice. By modifying your browser preferences, you have the choice to accept all cookies and Clear GIFs, to be notified when a cookie or Clear GIF is set, or to reject all cookies and Clear GIFs. If you choose to reject all cookies and Clear GIFs, you will be unable to use those Datalove services that require the use of cookies or Clear GIFs in order to participate.

How We Use Information


Datalove uses the information you provide to provide you with information and marketing messages on products and services that are likely to meet your interests and needs. Our marketing partners wishing to market to you are provided with data that allows them to run targeted advertising on websites and apps that you visit. Your shared-interest information is shared through aggregated data, segregated into categories and may be tied to your name. It is solely at your discretion if you choose to provide additional personally identifiable information to a marketing partner by making a purchase, requesting additional information, or communicating directly with the company or organization after using its website.

When you register with Datalove or one of our Network Partners, you will receive offers from Datalove or our marketing partners, should you choose to receive them. Our marketing partners, and others, may use this information to make offers to you in your areas of interest or other offers regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We do not obtain or share credit information about you. Only we, or our marketing partners, will possess your e-mail address and other personally identifiable information.

We don’t send spam e-mail and we don’t message members unless they have specifically requested that we do so.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.

You Can Control the Use of Your Information


At any time during the period you agree to receive offers, you have the right to choose not to receive offers from any of our marketing partners.

You can opt-out of data sharing from our platform at any time. To do so, simply go to http://datalove.us/optout and complete the form. You are required to confirm your email address by clicking on a link provided in an email confirmation message that we send to you upon completion of the opt-out request for. Once you have confirmed the email address is in your control, we will remove all of your personal information from our system and place you on a global opt-out list. This means if you signup again on our website or through our partner website, your information will automatically be excluded from all targeting and marketing messages that use the data you’ve provided to us.

Security


We utilize the latest server technology to house our database. We regularly encrypt your data, create hashed versions of your data and use a number of standard industry practices to protect the security of our member’s information. To protect our database we use a complex system of backups and firewall technology. These technologies are deployed as part of a sophisticated security architecture and protocol. All data resides in a tightly controlled, secure data center.

Data Sharing


We currently use several outside companies to execute the marketing campaigns on behalf of some of our marketing partners. We will share your data and contact information using secure means when it is necessary for these third parties to provide these services. These third parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purposes of providing these services. We require all partners to comply with all relevant laws and regulations governing the use of personal information.

Notification of Changes


If we are going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify you via email. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our web site notifying users of the change. In some cases where we post the notice we will also email users, who have opted to receive communications from us, notifying them of the changes in our privacy practices.
